Class

I took a quilting class for beginners at a store called Quilt Works. I loved it! My teacher, Judy was great. She taught me how to measure, cut, sew and press fabric like a real quilter.
I had to get new supply. The most expensive tool I needed to buy was the cutting board. I used a coupon and paid about $36 on it.This is the quilt I made in the class. We were told to bring one Jelly Roll but I wanted to make mine a little bigger so I got two Jelly Rolls. I made a good size lap quilt to give to my sister Joan for Christmas and a baby quilt.
I love fabrics! I usually do most my shopping on etsy.com. I love shopping on etsy! For this quilt I used a fabric called Plume designed by Tula Pink.
